Dr. Walid has extensive experience to negotiate, draft and review all the administrative contracts and the related disputes as well as construction contracts such as BOT, BOOT and FIDIC. Dr. Walid has handled and obtained a record of excellent results in numerous of complex commercial arbitration cases before the arbitration panels mostly held at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRICA).

Dr. Walid has worked as Attorney & Counselor at Law for many sizes of companies as well as working for many large law firms in Egypt.

Educational Achievements:

Obtained LL.B. from Ain Shams University in 1996 and Masters’ degree LL.M. in 2001 from Ain Shams University in Administrative Law from Ain Shams University consists of Diploma in Public Law and Diploma in Administrative Law. Under the Egyptian educational system, two diplomas are equivalent to a masters’ degree provided that one of them is in Public Law or Private Law.

Obtained Doctor of Philosophy degree Ph.D. in Administrative Law from Cairo University, its subject of Arbitration on the Administrative Disputes – comparative study.
